Add my own data

Import a tab-separated file with per-protein values — experimental, computational, or literature-derived — and use it as an additional signal in scoring and filtering.

Upload evidence file

Each row pairs a protein accession with the value you want to import. After upload, the parameter becomes available in the scoring formula and protein filter.

Required. Tab-separated, one row per protein, protein accession in the first column.

Values are indexed immediately and linked to the matching proteins in this genome. The parameter appears as a filter and scoring option.

File format

Two columns, tab-separated. Accessions must match those already in the protein ranking for this genome.

First column: protein accession

Use the same accession shown in the protein ranking table for this genome.

Second column: value

Numeric (e.g. 0.83) or categorical (e.g. essential). One value per protein.

Use it for scoring

After upload, go to Make my own score to include this parameter in a custom ranking formula.
